Call Center Representative
TITAN has multiple open positions in the Pittsburgh area for call center representatives.  These positions are long term opportunities that will start as temporary positions, but the intent is to transition to a direct posting with the client in the near future.  Excellent pay and benefits.
• Must have HS diploma or GED
• Must have good phone skills, presenting a professional/upbeat attitude, good listening skills and be able to document information while on the call
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to type at least 50 wpm
• Must be able to read a map to effectively pinpoint locations from information gathered on the call
• These position are for daylight shift, starting at 7-9am (depending on schedules).  Must be open to working a rotation of weekend and holiday shifts.  Second shift (2:30-11pm) are available from time to time.  If you are interested in second shift only, please let the recruiter know that information.
