Directing and overseeing land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site locations required for telecommunication installations. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing real estate acquisition operations throughout the US
  • Prepare and give guidance in the generation of site candidate packages for the intended client.
  • Perform and/or provide assistance in negotiations with landlords and oversee all leasing concerns and comments.
  • Coordinate with the construction group, and work with entitlements, to insure that the site can be permitted for intended use in the jurisdiction where the site is located.
  • Ensuring that assignment and scheduling of work follows timeline.
  • Evaluating current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
  • May serve as a point of contact for the community and/or governmental agencies. 
  • May be involved in managing zoning regulations.
  • 10 years of experience in the real estate field.
  • Experienced in land use laws and regulatory requirements
  • Commercial real estate work background, land appraisal background, asset management background is also beneficial.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunication concepts, practices, and procedures.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate significant expertise and/or experience related to large-scale wireless program deployments.

Areas of emphasis include:
  • Understanding of Site Acquisition Processes 
  • Strong Negotiation Skills with Site Owners and Local Jurisdictions
  • Experience Working with a Team of Site Acquisition Personnel
  • Intimate Knowledge of Wireless Site Acquisition Methodologies and Processes within the Market to Include: Leasing, Zoning, Permitting, and Zoning/Construction Drawings
  • Risk Management / Mitigation and Creative Problem Solving Skills
  • Experience with Database Management and Industry Program Tracking Tools (Siterra, CCI Sites, etc)
 Position requires at least 2-3 years of site acquisition experience in the telecommunications field. Associate or Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP Certification a plus.
