Our Services

Contract Placement

TITAN provides the client with contract placement services. Contracting is utilized when the client needs a significant amount of work to be done over a period of time. The intent, in this case, is to employ the services of TITAN contract employees for a specific or indefinite period of time without the expectation of ever hiring the person direct onto their staff. During this time, TITAN is the legal employer for the individual, covering all weekly payroll compensation, payroll related taxes, healthcare benefits, insurances, worker's compensation and holiday/vacation pay. The client will be billed weekly for the total amount of hours worked by the TITAN contract employees.

All bill rates for contract services include reference checks, recruiting fees, benefits, and all required mandates listed above. TITAN delivers a solid value added service in their contract placement, in addition to a competitive cost structure.

 

Contract to Direct Placement

TITAN clients have the option to hire and convert TITAN contract employees at any time. Clients may contact their TITAN account representative to discuss a conversion fee to roll the contract employee to their payroll. The fee schedule works on a sliding schedule based on the contract employee's annual salary at the start of the assignment. This fee drops incrementally for every month of service the contract employee completes. TITAN requires that their client give a two-week notice prior to the actual start date. There are no other financial obligations required.

 

Direct Placement

Our experience in the contract technical recruiting market enables our clients to take advantage of our national database for their permanent hiring needs.

TITAN performs traditional direct placement services. The differences between TITAN and other direct placement firms is our ability to respond faster due to our extensive database and our competitive fees for service.

TITAN will perform Direct Placement Services at a fee based on the candidate's annual salary plus state sales tax, where tax is applicable.

 

Sole Sourcing

TITAN provides its clients with sole sourcing placement services. This service is utilized when client chooses to have only one point of contact for all of their hiring needs. This includes contract, contract to direct, direct placement, and payrolling services. A formal agreement between TITAN and the client would be developed and executed for a minimum period of one year. The terms of this type of agreement would be that all hiring requests from the client go only through TITAN. The client would receive only one invoice from TITAN rather than multiple invoices form multiple placement companies. TITAN would also manage all sub-vendors listed on the agreement. Sole sourcing elevates the level of service that a client receives while reducing the client's soft costs by limiting the time spent working with multiple vendors.

 

Payrolling

TITAN provides its clients with payrolling services. This service is utilized when the client has recruited or just identified a candidate on their own, but prefers to have TITAN cover all payroll related costs for the employee. TITAN would treat the candidate as any other contract employee. Payroll and insurance related costs would be the responsibility of TITAN. As in contracting, the client will be billed weekly for the total amount of hours worked by the TITAN payrolled employee. The client has the option to use this person as a TITAN contract employee for as long as they want. The client also has the option to hire this person direct onto their staff at any time without any additional financial obligations relating to the transition.
