Description: Program Manager, San Diego area, with experience managing professional services staffing in support of airport projects including construction and Information Technology and communications infrastructure. Manage and lead the staffing services team including technical performance, financial, and client satisfaction. Monitor project and staff to ensure projects are progressing according to established procedures, and cost, time, and quality objectives. Prepare reports for client indicating procedure adherence and project progress. Implement company's quality and safety management process, and ensure documentation and configuration control on the project, as required. Responsible for a direct support staff and will interface/oversee with engineering, design and construction contractors.
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
At this level, the position is typically responsible for program(s) with annual revenues of $5-10 million.
At this level, the position is typically responsible for managing 25-50 employees both exempt and non-exempt and including one or more subordinate supervisors - working on multiple projects and tasks.
NOTE Position level may also be determined by the scope and complexity of the program, not just revenue and staff amounts.
1.Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities.
2.Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.

7.Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
8.Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.
9.Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
10.Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
11.Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
12.Participates in special projects as required. 
  1.Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
2.Professional certification (PMP) preferred.
Specific qualifications: 15- 20+ years of proven, related experience, including field experience, and 10 years in a supervisory role. Minimum 3 years specific airport experience. Must have experience managing professional services staff for various types of projects and have managed multiple projects concurrently. PMP certification desired.

Description: Responsibilities include evaluating printed circuit board assemblies for solder quality and troubleshooting the boards as needed.  This job entails accepting guidance from engineers in the design of circuit boards, interpreting schematics, and using this knowledge to inspect printed circuit board assemblies for appropriate solder quality.  Additionally, in the event of good solder quality, the incumbent will be required to troubleshoot the board further to determine whether there is a component or design-related issue.  The incumbent will be responsible for documenting all findings and assuring that the printed circuit board assemblies are appropriately being processed back through the system.  Further, the incumbent will assist with providing summaries of issues seen on the different types of printed circuit board assemblies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associates Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. 
Experience: Possess a solid understanding of detailed electronic schematics, electrical assembly, electrical laboratory equipment, and accepted testing methods.
§         Experience in reading schematics and testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits.
§         Knowledge of and, preferably, certification in IPC-A-610C or other solder quality inspection / skills certification.
§         Prototyping experience of complex circuits, both digital and analog, including fabrication and soldering (surface mount and through hole), is desirable.
