Architectural CAD Drafter/Designer
- 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD a MUST.
- Revit 3D experience preferred
- Photoshop experience would be preferred to do renderings for their clients
- MS Word, Excel experience needed
- Associates Degree at minimum, preferred
- Person will work on redline drawings, construction documents, etc. for commercial/retail projects, rather than residential at least initially
- Will coordinate, prepare, and review commercial construction drawings and documents
- Some projects I know they have done architectural work on are McDonald’s (as builts and remodels), Allegheny Country Club, Goodwill Shelter (Interior Work), etc.
- Projects are usually for jobs that involve about 1 acre box shaped parcels for developments of commercial/retail establishments such as restaurants, gas stations, banks, etc. They do work like Dunkin Donuts, McDonald’s, Autozone, Clearview Banks, etc.
- If candidates are more $ but interested, I want to see them too. I think the rate range Randi quoted is low (but they are looking for that 2 year type candidate) so whoever we get that fits the skill set, we will submit and let her know what the money is.
- This is an in-house position. Remote/Virtual work is not an option.
