Mechanical Piping Supervisor
TITAN has an immediate need with a client partner working onsite in Canton, OH for a 15 month project. The project is set to begin in September 2024, and the representative will work directly.
Responsibilities:
• As the Site Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures. For the most part we will be following owners safety guidelines as a baseline.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• This role includes conducting risk assessments, providing safety training and guidance, and ensuring a safe work environment through regular safety audits.
• You will work with the team and on-site contractors to ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Submit safety incident reports.
• You will also update and refine safety policies as necessary and deliver comprehensive safety training at the project site.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety-related role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements and implementing safety programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations and compile detailed reports.
• Proficient in using safety management software and tools.
