Early Career Recruiter – Human Resources Analyst

TITAN has an immediate opening with a client partner and the position will require someone to work in their office site five days per week. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the office location in KS.  Contact TITAN to determine if you are located within 50 miles of the office.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and university partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to leverage data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Interest in early careers recruiting and understanding how talent pipelines support broader business objectives.

Job Duties

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for early career talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process.
  • Source candidates through internet and resume database searches, referrals, former employees/candidates/applicants, and other recruiting channels to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and organizational fit, advancing qualified candidates to hiring teams for further consideration.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and provide information on candidate availability, market conditions, and recruiting activity.
  • Ensure hiring managers have the information needed to support hiring decisions, including applications, resumes, transcripts, references, and other relevant candidate materials.
  • Support company recruiting events and presentations, and manage career fair follow-up activities to drive candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
  • Track recruiting activity, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support recruiting initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, university partners, and other business stakeholders.
  • Support internship, new grad recruiting, and other early careers program activities as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
