Lead Business Analyst/Scrum Master
HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.
- Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives.
- Facilitates sprints, diagrams process flows, and document requirements.
- Assists with test script development.
- Assists with all stages of testing.
- Serves as Business Analysis Team lead.
- Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
- Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is made.
- Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
- Motivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
- Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is performing against capacity
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Agle methodologies, SDLC practices, ALM
Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills: Experience with VersionOne, familiarity with Kafka and Kubernetes requirements, Agile Certification (i.e., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, etc.)
Location: Remote (prefer the person to work in the USA, in the Eastern Time Zone for work hours)
